Q2: Do you have sample service?

A: Yes, we have a technical department that can customize your product.

Q3: How long do we need to wait to get samples?

A: 7-10 days for first sample in available fabric and accessory

    25-30 days for pps with correct fabric and accessory

    7 days before delivery for shipment sample

Salesman sample could be done with cost on buyer's account, need 25-45 days after buyer pay the sms cost.

Q4: How do you control the quality?

A: We have our own QC department, and we 100% inspect our products.

Q5: Is the price negotiable?

A: Yes, the price is negotiable, but the price we quoted is based on the cost and it is quite reasonable. However, we could discuss about your design and find solutions to lower the price.

Q6: What is your MOQ?

A: If fabric can find ready one or you accept to use similar one instead (we will select some and send to you for approval), we accept min order of 200pcs / order. If fabric pattern follow buyer's original need to order, the min order is 200pcs per color.

Q7: What are your payment terms?

A: L/C at sight; 50% deposit, balance t/t at sight of B/L copy; other payment term please contact us by e-mail.
